Brasserie de L’Entrecôte is one of a kind in Portugal. This concept was inspired by the famous Café de Paris in Geneva bringing good taste and looseness together with a touch of Bohemia engaging you in conversations and complicity.
The five Brasserie de L’Entrecôte restaurants in the country - four in the Lisbon area and one in Oporto - provide you with a reserved and warm environment that is ideal for all different meals, such as a business lunch, friends' gathering or a romantic dinner.
At La Brasserie de L’Entrecôte your meal begins with a fresh flavour: you may choose a delicious Lettuce and Rocket Salad with Vinaigrette Dressing and Crunchy Walnuts, an original Marinated Salmon with Green Salad and Cherry Tomatoes, or a tasty Shrimp Cocktail.
Delicate flavours and light ingredients prevail in each starter. After all, the pièce de résistance is yet to come.
The Menu of La Brasserie de L’Entrecôte is famed for its exclusiveness and simplicity.
The only dish for many years has been our succulent Entrecôte with Brasserie sauce: a famous, highly secret recipe of 18 ingredients featuring a fine selection of aromatic herbs. Served sliced, the Entrecôte rests at the table on a hotplate.
The French fries are so famous that they almost outshine the steak. And they are so popular that we have decided to serve them in unlimited quantities: if you want more, just ask.
In a house built around the Entrecôte, it may seem curious to have a fish in the Menu. But the truth is that there are days when you fancy a sea dish, and this Grilled Salmon is not an ordinary dish at all.
The delicate sliced Norwegian Salmon loin is lightly grilled and accompanied by a delicious and sophisticated Truffled Mashed Potato.
Often referred to as 'wheat meat' due to its texture and taste, Seitan goes well with each dish seasoning.
And it forms the perfect match with Brasserie sauce. So, if you are not in the mood for meat, or if there is a vegetarian among the guests, Brasserie is the right choice.
If you have a weakness for desserts, our Dessert Trolley will certainly make your mouth water. However, even if that is not the case, we bet you will not be able to resist the Crème Brulée, the Strawberry Soup with Vanilla Ice Cream and Ground Cinnamon, the Apple Tart, the Chocolate Ice Cream Fondant Cake, or the Île Flottante, among other delights. A group of delicacies bound to make you lose your mind.
